Mentoring services can be adhoc or for a specific period, project, goal or objective.

Government Advisory

We’ve worked across Government Departments, Agencies and Government Owned Corporations to design, delivery and manage a range of programs to deliver policy outcomes and support organisational transformation, leadership development and service excellence. Our programs have improved economic and social impact across communities, the economy and regions. Our team have proven strategy, program design, delivery and management, stakeholder engagement and change management skills and experience. We have contributed on numerous Government Boards, Committees, Working Groups and Steering Committees across a range of domains including, Economic Development, Energy Transition, Grants, Innovation, Investment, Procurement, Science, Olympic and Paralympic Legacy. Innovation Ecosystem Advisory

We’ve been actively involved in building Australia’s startup ecosystem for well over a decade, working with local, state, and federal governments, large public and private organisations, universities, startups, investors, and service providers to define, design, develop, and deliver ecosystem level strategies, programs, and a range of successful outcomes. We’ve helped design and establish the Queensland innovation ecosystem, developing innovation ecosystem strategy, programs and delivery models, coordinated innovation events and delivering innovation and investment programs that are making a measurable impact.
