Helen is a seasoned transformation leader and project delivery expert, bringing over two decades of experience driving complex ICT, digital, and change initiatives across global organisations. With a strong foundation in both strategy and execution, Helen has led high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver sustained business value through disciplined project delivery, pragmatic leadership, and customer-centric innovation.

Her career spans roles as General Manager, Business Partner, Project and Transformation Manager, with a consistent focus on turning complexity into clarity. Adept in both Agile and Waterfall environments, she has successfully delivered enterprise-scale programs by aligning strategic vision with operational planning, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement across diverse and distributed teams.

Commercially astute and outcome-driven, Helen has negotiated high-value contracts, shaped digital roadmaps, and led change across fintech, eCommerce, NFP, and enterprise sectors. Her ability to navigate governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, particularly in regulated environments, ensures confidence and continuity in the face of transformation.

Helen holds an MBA from OU BS UK, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI and is a passionate advocate for continuous improvement, professional growth, and unlocking value through collaboration.

Dr Manoj Bhatt is an analyst at Prtnr ventures where he leverages his health expertise and financial acumen to support the winning start-ups that drive positive change in society. A seasoned Nuclear Medicine and PET specialist physician with over three decades of medical experience and a keen focus on financial analysis in healthcare. Manoj completed his medical and specialist degrees in India and expanded his expertise by working in the United Kingdom until 2003.

In 2005, he moved to Australia, where he completed advanced nuclear medicine training and has since been a pivotal figure at a leading tertiary hospital in Brisbane.In his current role, Manoj leverages his medical background and financial training to bridge the gap between clinical practice and healthcare innovation.
